Mrs. Brady has a BS.Ed, M. Ed, M in Guidance, and a ED.S. in Guidance and Counseling from Mississippi College.  Her husband is Steve Brady and they have 3 sons, Kyle, Adam and Tucker and three grandsons, Trace, Addison and Walker.  The Brady's are longtime members of Easthaven Baptist Church where she has worked in childrens choir, vacation bible school, and with our youth organizations.

She enjoys reading, spending time with her family, making jewelry, and watching forensic science shows.

Mrs. Brady is now a counselor at BHS.

Ms. Elissa M. Barnes is originally from Collins, Mississippi, but has been a resident of Brookhaven, Mississippi for 10 years. She is beginning her eleventh year of teaching in the  Brookhaven School District. She received her Bachelor's, Master's and Educational Specialist degrees in Elementary Education with emphasis in Reading, Language Arts, and Social Studies from Alcorn State University. She is currently enrolled in the Doctoral program at Nova Southeastern University specializing in Reading.

 Her hobbies are reading, traveling, spending time with friends and family and working with children. She is also a member of Mount Wade Baptist Church in Brookhaven, Mississippi.
